The Alberni Valley Track  Club promotes a sense of responsibility, fair play, respect for others and self discipline. We encourage every athlete to achieve personal best performances, make friends, have fun and be active.

The Alberni Valley Track Club (AVTC) started in 1968. We are a sports club dedicated to the improvement of youth in the community, through sport. The Club is open to athletes aged 9 and older. We have worked with many fine athletes that have represented and made Port Alberni proud, some of whom have gone on to compete nationally and internationally.

We are proud to host the annual Bob Dailey Memorial Track Meet - April 24, 25th, 2010.
